“…they bring a powerful blend of soul, funk and r&b, fitting those note to perfectly proper pop frameworks. The end result: super-clean grooves, big, full vocal arrangements and a sound that is as unique as it is infectious.”

The Nth Power is gunning for your funk bone, folks. This all-pro alignment of sharp and seasoned vets have seen their respective stars rise as some of the most coveted backing musicians in the game, supporting the likes of Beyonce, Chaka Khan, Maceo Parker, Ivan Neville, Ravi Coltrane, Big Daddy Kane and countless others. But as a unit (who first crossed their streams at a late-night jam in New Orleans) they bring a powerful blend of soul, funk and r&b, fitting those note to perfectly proper pop frameworks. The end result: super-clean grooves, big, full vocal arrangements and a sound that is as unique as it is infectious.

Today, we have the pleasure of bringing you the world premiere of a slightly cosmic flick for the thumping, jumping new joint “Right Now,” off their forthcoming self-titled debut. Their debut album arrives on November 13th, featuring production from Ira SchickmanAnd truth be told, if the rest of the record is as bright, as immutably funky as this inaugural offering, you’ll all be singing their praises by year-end.
